Warranty
All of our inflatable structures are manufactured from 610 or 930gsm high commercial grade PVC coated material, tested to BS3424 with flame retardancy tested to BS5438. Our sewn inflatables are quadruple stitched to ensure superior strength whilst our sealed inflatable team utilise state of the art welding machinery. The result is a range of products built to a standard high enough for government, military, emergency, construction and industrial applications which are backed by a five year manufacturer’s warranty against material & manufacturing defects.

Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential to keep the inflatable building free from dirt, debris, and stains. It’s recommended to clean the surfaces with mild soap and water, using a soft brush or cloth. Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners should be avoided as they can damage the material.

Inspection
Regular inspections should be conducted to identify any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Check the seams, connections, and anchor points / ropes for any tears, loose threads, or weak spots. Inspect the blower system, zippers, and valves for proper functioning.

Repairs
Promptly address any damages or leaks identified during inspections. Small punctures or tears can be repaired using patch kits specifically designed for inflatable structures. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for repairs or contact a professional if needed. We supply a repair kit with every tent module.

Blower Maintenance
Inflatable buildings rely on blowers to maintain their inflated state. Regularly inspect the blowers for any damage, debris accumulation, or malfunction. Keep the blowers clean and ensure they are properly connected and functioning to maintain the required air pressure.

Storage
If the inflatable building is not in use for an extended period, proper storage is crucial. Clean and dry the structure thoroughly before deflating it. Store it in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area to prevent mold or mildew growth. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or sharp objects that could damage the material.

Inflatable tent repairs are important for maintaining the functionality, longevity, and safety of your building.
Patch Repairs
Patching is the repair method used for small punctures or tears in the inflatable fabric. Every unit we sell comes complete with a specialized repair kit for minor repairs. This kit includes PVC patches, glue, needle and thread. The damaged area should be cleaned, dried, and then carefully patched to restore the tent’s integrity.
Sewn Repairs
In the highly unlikely event of an inflatable building experiencing extensive damage then a sewn repair may be necessary. We have equipment and facilities to undertake repair work in the UK, Europe or the USA. We will arrange to collect your unit and transport it to our repair centres. An expert will inflate the building and prepare a quote for the repairs. After the quote is approved we will carry out the work and send your unit back. All our inflatable building repair work is supported by a 3 month warranty.
